Atheist Troll Is Atheist.

"This campaign to put alternative slogans on London buses will make people think - and thinking is anathema to religion." —Richard Dawkins.

Dawkins is an excellent person to be the spokesman for atheism. Whenever one is standing on the cliff of atheism, staring down into the chasm, thinking "go ahead and jump. It won't hurt;" whenever one has doubts or struggles with faith; whenever one is kneeling in front of the Blessed Sacrament and wondering if its only just a piece of bread, all you have to do is think about Dawkins and his atheist brigade and how he completely misses the point on what it is like to be religious. It is as if a grotesque, shriveled hand reaches up from the chasm, and in a vain attempt to pull you in, swings wildly, and inadvertantly knocks you back several feet from the edge.

Concerning this specific quote, I think Sts. Thomas Aquinas, Augustine, Thérèse of Lisieux, and a bunch of others might disagree.
